Nathaniel General Contractors Spring 2008 Start Ups

Rochester, N.Y., January 25, 2008—Nathaniel General Contractors announces the following Spring 2008 starts in addition to the J.O.S.A.N.A. project. NGC will be starting the 442 West Main Street project which is a rehab of 29 apartments on 442 West Main Street in the City of Rochester.

We will also begin the Cedar Creek project in Ithaca, New York in the Spring of 2008. The Cedar Creek project will consist of 39 apartments with a community center in the City of Ithaca, New York.

Fashion Works is a commercial rehab project on Clifford Avenue in the City of Rochester which will tentatively start in the Spring of 2008.

Lisa has over seven years of experience with The Christa Companies in both the construction and development field. Lisa’s specialty is marketing but she also excels in an administrative capacity. Lisa is a native of Webster, New York and currently resides there with her son.

Rochester, N.Y., October 26, 2006—Nathaniel General Contractors welcomes the addition of Gail McManaman to the position of Office and Accounting Manager. In her new position, Ms. McManaman will be responsible for all office and accounting functions. Ms. McManaman has held project management, accounting and training positions with Christa Construction and Spoleta Construction. Ms. McManaman lives in Webster.

Frank Andolino, President and Chief Executive Officer, announced the promotion of Bart Noto to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for all day-to-day operations of the company. Mr. Noto is a partner in the firm and previously served as Vice President Construction. Mr. Noto and his wife Sandy live in Spencerport.

Donald J. Lieber has been promoted to Vice President Construction responsible for all construction operations of the company. Mr. Lieber previously served as a Sr. Project Manager for Christa Construction and has been in the construction business for close to 40 years as an entrepreneur and construction executive. Mr. Lieber is a past president of the Rochester Home Builders Association and lives in Irondequoit.

Nathaniel General Contractors Announces New Hires

Rochester, NY, April 10, 2007—Nathaniel General Contractors has hired John Kelly as a construction superintendent for the Alloway Manor Senior Living Facility in Farmington, NY. Mr. Kelly has been a site superintendent for his family business as well as for several local developers over the past 30 years. Mr. Kelly and Stephanie, his wife, live in Pittsford, NY.

John Madonia has been hired as construction superintendent for the Mildred Johnson Estates Housing Project in the City of Rochester. The project is scheduled to begin in April. Mr. Madonia has been building and remodeling in the Greater Rochester area since 1977 and lives in East Rochester.
