MILDRED JOHNSON ESTATES
Notes:
- Mildred Johnson Estates is a cluster of 23 single family homes in the City of Rochester neighborhood of long time community activist Mildred Johnson.
- 80% of the homes are completed and occupied.
- The remainder of the project will be finished in the Spring of 2008.
ALBION ACADEMY SENIOR HOUSING
Notes:
- Albion Academy Senior Housing incluides the restoration of the former Albion Academy School.
- There will be thirty (30) one and two bedroom apartments for seniors 62 years and older.
- The project is schedule for completion in the fall of 2008.
ALBION FIRST FLOOR COMMERCIAL PROJECT
Notes:
- The Albion First Floor Commercial Project includes the renovation of the first floor of the Albion Academy School into two (2) commercial tenant spaces.
- The Orleans County office of the aging will occupy offices and facilities.
- The "Meals-On-Wheels" Program will reside there along with a complete kitchen and dining area.
129 GLENDOWER WAY
Notes:
- 129 Glendower Way is a Fire Restoration project located in the Town of Victor, NY.
- There is extensive fire damage and structural damage.
- Work will consist of redesigning the front facade, new roofing shingles, new siding, new wrap around porch, new interior spaced reconstruction, new drywall and insulation, new flooring, new electrical, HVAC and plumbing.
- The project is schedule for completion at the end of June 2008.
