Nathaniel General Contractors Spring 2008 Start Ups

Rochester, N.Y., January 25, 2008—Nathaniel General Contractors announces the following Spring 2008 starts in addition to the J.O.S.A.N.A. project. NGC will be starting the 442 West Main Street project which is a rehab of 29 apartments on 442 West Main Street in the City of Rochester.

We will also begin the Cedar Creek project in Ithaca, New York in the Spring of 2008. The Cedar Creek project will consist of 39 apartments with a community center in the City of Ithaca, New York.

Fashion Works is a commercial rehab project on Clifford Avenue in the City of Rochester which will tentatively start in the Spring of 2008.
