Bart received his associates degree in civil technology from Alfred State College. He also attended Rochester Institute of Technology’s School for American Craftsmen, and ws a certified remodeler with the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.

Bart has over 30 years experience in the residential and commercial construction and remodeling industries. During the first decade of his career, Bart held positions at A. R. Pierrepont and John Luther and Sons. As a past member of the International Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trades, and the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, Bart is familiar with the standards and potential of the skilled trades.

In 1983, Mr. Noto founded L.S.M. General Contractors. LSM specialized in commercial and residential remodeling and additions; fire, wind and water damage; and insurance restoration.

As a long-time associate of Nathaniel General Contractors, Bart has been responsible for our renovation and rehabilitation projects with the City of Rochester for the last ten years. In addition to managing multiple rehab projects throughout the City, he also has supervised the overall construction of two new major projects, a 40-unit complex in Greece Canal Park and a 12-unit rental project in the northeast inner city section of Rochester.

As executive vice president and chief operating officer, Bart works closely with Frank on all project initiatives and decisions to ensure the highest level of quality construction possible.

Bart and Sandy, his wife, live in the Town of Ogden. Their son lives in Brooklyn, NY. When time allows, Bart likes to fish and play golf.
