Nathaniel takes a leadership role in establishing excellent working relationships with numerous entities related to the development and construction industry, including design professionals, neighborhood associations, not-for-profit organizations, minority and woman-owned businesses, and local, state and federal agencies.

Nathaniel’s principals attend all meetings relating to projects we are involved in at the village, town, county and city level. Our participation at these meetings is particularly important at the concept, preliminary design and engineering, and funding stages of a project. We also make personal contact and stay in touch with legislators and other government officials who are involved in, or assist with, the zoning and financing of a project.
