Nathaniel’s management and staff are highly trained and proficient in handling all activities associated with land development, general contracting and construction, as well as construction management. Nathaniel employs several experienced professionals representing a range of disciplines, including project management, project supervision, office management and administrative, estimating, carpentry and painting.

Nathaniel’s administrative staff is always available to meet client needs. In addition to overseeing all computerized work processes, they are experienced in handling all the necessary applications and documentation required by non-for-profits, as well as local, state and federal agencies.

Rob Scroger

Nathaniel General Contractors is proud to announce the addition of Rob Scroger as Construction Manager. Rob has over seventeen (17) years of experience with various construction firms working on $200,000 to $56M projects and is well versed in the construction industry.

Rob is a resident of Penfield, New York and enjoys playing golf and spending time with family and friends.

Nathaniel General Contractors specializes in the design and construction of family housing, including single and multiple-family homes, apartments and townhouses. Nathaniel also builds senior citizen complexes, group homes, community centers, office buildings, retail stores and excels in fire restoration.

John Madonia

John Madonia was born in Italy, moved to Rochester when he was 14 and held a variety of jobs while attending school. He earned a reputation as a “thinker” and received numerous awards for his suggestions in the Production Control Department at Bausch & Lomb.

John discovered early on that his real passion was construction and has held positions as a site superintendent, project manager and construction company owner over the past 33 years. Projects completed include numerous single-family homes, townhouses, apartments and residential remodeling.

John is an avid soccer and tennis fan. He has 3 children and lives with his youngest son in East Rochester.

John S. Kelly

John is the third generation of a family owned construction company that was established in the early 1900’s. John worked in the family business as well as with numerous other prestigious builders over his 35+ years in construction. He has managed construction on single-family homes, multi-family apartments and condominiums, commercial construction & renovations. In addition, his is experienced in real estate sales and the formation and management of Home Owners Associations. Johns experience in the industry extends from a projects inception through final punch list and occupancy.

John lives in Pittsford, NY and has three grown children. His interests include sports, history and politics. In his free time, John enjoys golf and is hard to beat at “Jeopardy” and crossword puzzles.

Kevin Weader

Kevin attended Vermont Technical Institute for Architecture after graduation from Holley High School. He graduated with an Associates Degree in Architecture and went on to receive a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from SUNY Alfred.

During the summers away from college, Kevin gained “hands on” experience framing and remodeling houses for a local contractor.

Kevin is currently estimating jobs for Nathaniel and learning the construction management process. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys camping, golf and horseshoes. He is also a fan of hockey, football and baseball.

Abigail Wilcox

Abby has more than 3 years accounting experience and she is going to be helping us with Project Management. She has 6 children (3 boys and 3 girls) ages betwen 2 and 24 and she is also enrolled in Saint John Fisher for an Accounting Degree.
